In 2017, two good friends tossed around the idea of opening a brewery in this old mill . It had history and charm…. and lots of challenges for sure. Now 2 1/2 years later we bring you Skaneateles Brewery! Just like 100 yrs ago, brewing with the best water in all The Fingerlakes, we harness the water and pay tribute to Skaneateles Creek’s historic past.
